'Tony Wakeford [is] a selfish and carefree youngster, eager to have all the advantages of membership of the new little surf club, Bungala, formed by his brother, Brian, but unwilling to accept its responsibilities. His transformation into a responsible and valuable member of the club is the story of the film.'
