BiographyHistory

A Victorian poet, Gillett grew up in the western suburbs of Melbourne. He taught English at Melbourne and Monash Universities during the 1970s. He has since worked as an administrator in higher education for both federal and state governments. Since 1995 he has lived at Ballarat.
