AbstractHistoryArchive Description

'I have never walked Weereewal/Lake George or driven past it without some small miracle, whether it be the unexpected appearance of buttercups that paint surrounding paddocks the colour of laughter; petticoats of green at the edge of the lake that only appear as it retreats like a shy woman; or the seasons of waterbirds and fish that harmonise with the lake's internal calendar. It was my desire to mirror these moments, preserve the lake in art for posterity. The writers in There is No Mystery! fulfilled that desire.' (Publisher's blurb)
