A brief history of the Poetry Lovers' Society with biographical notes on some members, details of meetings, and activities, etc. Harry Pearce was the Secretary of the Society and editor of the Poetry Lover, the newsletter of the Society published from c.1951 to 1973 when the Society was absorbed into the Henry Lawson Memorial and Literary Society.
