      Following in the footsteps of Dangerous Visions and Starlight, Eclipse gathered cutting-edge science fiction and fantasy stories from some of the best authors of the time. Several of the editions and stories published within the series garnered awards and nominations.'

      Four editions of Eclipse were published between 2007 and 2011. In October 2012 Strahan began editing an online extension of the series. Eclipse Online ceased publication in March 2013 when the publisher Night Shade Books was bought out.
