Herberton, 26 March: The goodwill and material of the Herberton Advertiser were sold to Mr John Green, an employee of the paper, although it is understood the actual purchasers were Messrs Green and Andrew Pasley. Friends of the former proprietor, Dr Myers, have offered him the Miner, but the writer doubts the district could support more than one newspaper.
