Lord Forrest : An Appreciation, C. Price Conigrave , single work obituary
Conigrave offers a biographical account of Forrest and concludes by remarking that, for a generation and more of Australians, Forrest's death means the loss of one whose 'honesty of purpose, broad-mindedness and clarity of vision has been an inspiration,' and whose 'words of kindly wisdom will be sadly missed.'
