'Keith Bulfin, a mortgage and stock broker who, convicted of a conspiracy to defraud in Victoria in 1997, is inexplicably sent to serve his time amongst murderers, rapists and psychopaths in the toughest prison unit at Melbourne's Port Philip prison.
