Ngurra Warndurala Buluyugayi Wuyumarri details sites of cultural significance to the Yindjibarndi people in the Pilbara of Western Australia.

Notes

  • Dedication: It is with mixed emotions of pleasure and sorrow that Juluwarlu members, committee, staff and volunteers express their gratitude and compassion for and on behalf of the Yindjibarndi nation.

We remember our loved ones who have passed on, and hope in time we can come to accept their absence among us and carry on their wishes that their stories be handed on for generations.

Juluwarlu dedicates this publication to these Yindjibarndi Elders who have cemented their mark on our future and history. We will forever remember the enormous contributions these remartkable ladies have made to the culture of the Yindjibarndi people.

In dedication and memory of Elsie Adams, Edie Whalebone, Nita James Fishook, Cherry Gilby Cheedy and Polly Gilby Churnside.
