'Keely and 'Keeley' both appear in the two source texts. Steele Rudd's Annual standardises as 'Keely' in the title and running headings, but two inconsistencies of Keeley' appear in the main text. 'Keeley' was adopted throughout the revised version as published in the UQP edition.
'Some Memoirs of Corporal Keely. Steele Rudd's Annual, December 1917, pp. 4-6, 8-10, 12-14, 16-18, 49-50, 52-54, 56-58, 60-70. [Reprinted as Chs. 8, 13-15, 17-20 and 22 of Memoirs of Corporal Keeley. An anomaly appears in the narrative sequence of the UQP text: Ch. 16, 'Under the Hammer', should be inserted between the two halves of Ch. 15, 'We Hear About The War', after "...up he jumps an' led th' way to th' auctioneer." and before "A week later."]
Appearing under the title 'Some Memoirs of Corporal Keely' [sic], a selection of chapters were published in the December 1917 issue of Steele Rudd's Annual.
