English romance of the aristocracy. A baronet's marriage to an orphan is very happy until he dies three years later, while hunting. She rears the children alone. Somewhat inconclusive. (PB)
US tale. A young man refuses to give up his actress fiancee despite the threat of disinheritance, but the girl they propose to make their heir wins their hearts during a summer holiday and then reveals that she is the prospective wife of their nephew. Thin. (PB)
