When Jess's father gets the chance to interview the Dalai Lama in Northern India, Jess reluctantly goes with him, tracking the ailing Dalai Lama into Tibet, where life is tough and nobody is safe. Jess's destiny becomes entwined with the Dalai Lama's and she finds herself embarking on two difficult and dangerous journeys. (Libraries Australia record).
