The site contains information on B. Wongar's European origins, cultural tradition and his choice of his authorial name from aboriginal mythology. Several of his many awards for writing are mentioned. The remainder of the content is an extract from an interview with the author by Jan Wositzky for the ABC 'Books and Writing' Programme. The author discusses his early contact with aborigines on arriving in Australia and his interest in writing and the oral transmission of traditional stories as a unifying aspect of a culture. Personal experience of intolerance and enforced separation from his wife and childen are related as background to the author's writing in 'Dingoes Den', 'Karan', 'Raki' and 'The Last Pack of Dingoes'.
