Kate Fagan facilitated this forum on poetry with six Australian poets. The individual responses from Lisa Bellear, Pam Brown, Alison Croggon, MTC Cronin, Geraldine McKenzie and Tracy Ryan to the questions: "What does it mean to think of poetical writing as an occupation, and what kinds of spaces might it occupy culturally, geographically , sensually and historically?"; and "Are response and responsibility related terms in poetic practice?" are separately indexed. An Afterword by Kate Fagan is also separately indexed.
