  • In addition to the to versions listed here, another edition with a London imprint was also printed but never published. See Harry Chaplin, The Fanfrolico Press: A Survey, p.13. According to Lindsya's bibliographer, John Arnold, after the printing in Sydney Kirtley gave away unbound copies to various friends and collectors. He also printed sheets with an English imprint and forwarded them to England but they were never bound or issued.

      • Not formally published as printed just before Lindsay and John Kirtley sailed for London to establish the Fanfrolico Press in England. The printed sheets were left in Sydney with only a couple being bound. Kirtley later gave away unbound copies to various friends and collectors. He also printed sheets with an English imprint and forwarded them to England but they were never bound or issued.
