With his partner Nerys Evans, Ted Egan began working in 1990 on a screenplay for an intended full-length big-budget feature film The Drover's Boy, based on his award-winning song. As a Director of Yirandi Productions Limited, Egan hopes to one day produce the film for world distribution.
