Debra Dudek has a PhD in literature from the University of Saskatchewan, Canada. She served as an Honorary Research Associate at Monash University's School of Political & Social Inquiry. She has published internationally on poetics, Postcolonial Studies, and Comparative Literature. Since mid-2007 she has been Lecturer in English Literatures at the University of Wollongong.
