In her professional life Jan [Nicholls] was a Teacher/Librarian for almost 30 years at St Mary’s Anglican Girls’ School inspiring thousands of girls to develop a love of books. Through her involvement with the WA School Library Association Jan, for many years, fostered collegiate relationships between schools, libraries, authors and illustrators.
