1 The Platform in the Mountains W. E. E. , 1871 single work prose
— Appears in: The Australian Journal , December vol. 7 no. 79 1871; (p. 227-228)
In 1868 a commercial traveller spends a night at Raspberry Point on the road to Jamieson near Beechworth Victoria. He attends a lecture by the local C. of E. minister which is enlivened by the progressive intoxication of the chairman, and the rowdiness of the audience. Competently but not outstandingly written.
