BiographyHistory

Kathryn Ash grew up in Goondiwindi. She went to Japan as an exchange student before completing a BA Honours degree in Japanese language at the University of Queesland. After graduating, Kathryn Ash went on to study acting at the Australian Theatre for Young People in Sydney. She has since acted in several professional roles. In 1991 she moved to Cairns and became one of the founding members of the Just Us Theatre Ensemble (JUTE).
