'I'm often accused of being one-eyed about Darwin because I don’t have the usual love-hate relationship that writers and artists talk about, and not only do I love the cosmopolitan city of Darwin, I love the whole Northern Territory.  So this is a totally biased report on what is happening in the world of writing in the Top End of Australia.
