BiographyHistory

Connie Gregory was born of a Kastellorizian mother and a Cretan father. She enrolled at Deakin University gaining her Bachelor of Arts degree in 1985. From 1983 to 1994 she was head of Public Relations at the Northern Territory University and active in the literary scene in Darwin. In 1999 she was appointed for a three year term to the Literature Fund of the Australia Council and appointed a member of the Australia Council Multicultural Advisory Committee. She has been a member of the Fellowship of Australian Writers (FAW) in Victoria and the Northern Territory and a member of the Australian Society of Authors.
