John Docker is a cultural historian interested in literary and cultural theory, popular culture, postmodernism and poststructuralism, monotheism and polytheism, diaspora, historiography, Jewish identity, and Gandhian non-violence. he has been an adjunct Professor at the University of Sydney and the Australian National University.
