BiographyHistory

Pam Baker grew up in suburban Melbourne. After graduating from Melbourne University, she taught in Victiran high schools and in the U.K. Following the birth of her two children she began teaching in adult education where she continued for twenty tyears, always in Access education.She was involved in the development of the Certificates in General Education for Adults.

Pam Baker was involved in the Australia wide demonstrations against Australian involvement in the Vietnam war.
