BiographyHistory

Christine Kenneally is a science journalist. Her book, The First Word: The Search for the Origins of Language, was published in 2007.

Her The Invisible History of the Human Race: How DNA and History Shape Our Identities and Our Futures (Collingwood: Black Inc. Books, 2014) was shortlisted for the 2015 Stella Prize. Ghosts of the Orphanage explored the secret history of Catholic orphanages.
