The co-editor, as of issue four, was Walt Willis. Rosco Wright was the staff artist, with addition artwork supplied by Shelby Vick. The zine was distributed by the Fantasy Amateur Press Association.

Notable contributing authors were A. Bertram Chandler, Rory Faulkner, Norman E. Hartman, Lee Hoffman, Bill Morse, Bill Venable, Shelby Vick, and Walt Willis.


1 y separately published work icon Slant Walt Willis (editor), 1948 Northern Ireland : Walt Willis , 1948-1953 Z1854583 1948 periodical science fiction (1 issues) Slant was a fanzine established by Irish science fiction fan Walt Willis in collaboration with another fan, James White. When White acquired a reliable typewriter, Willis almost immediately started producing fan fiction. This led in 1948 to him starting Slant, which was produced on a printing press with hand-set type. After Slant ended in the mid-1950s Willis went on to produce Hyphen with co-editor Chuck Harris.
