BiographyHistory

Ruby Todd is a writer of prose and poetry, with a PhD in Creative Writing and Literary Theory from Deakin University, Melbourne, where she has taught. Her research focus has included the connections between elegy, ethics and ecology.

She was a 2023 Wheeler Centre Hot Desk Fellow.

In June 2023, it was announced that her debut novel, Bright Objects, would be published by Simon and Schuster.
