Nguyễn Tôn Hiệt is a poet, essayist and literary commentator. His writings have been regularly appearing on Tiền Vệ and Talawas, and included in the Tiền Vệ Anthology No.1 (2007) and others. He is also a political polemicist who has fiercely criticised the Vietnamese Communist government with regards to human rights violations. A political refugee from Vietnam, he is now living and working in Sydney.
