Australian comedian and actor, Paul Hogan grew up in Granville, New South Wales, and attended Parramatta Marist High School. After leaving school worked as a rigger on the Sydney Harbour Bridge.
Hogan rose to prominence after an interview on A Current Affair (an Australian current affairs program that airs weeknights on the Channel Nine Network) 'during the early 1970s, He followed this with his own comedy sketch program The Paul Hogan Show which he produced, wrote' and performed. His breaking role into the international arena was in 1986, playing the role of Mick "Crocodile" Dundee, in the film "Crocodile Dundee".
