A story about one Minyma (woman) who went looking for Mallee hen eggs. On her way back to camp, after collecting the eggs, she decides to take a rest. Whilst asleep the Warn-num-bee (Water Dreaming Serpent) eats the eggs. When the Minyma woman awakes, she realizes the eggs are gone and returns to camp to tell the warriors. They set out looking for the person who took the eggs and come across a stranger who had been sleeping nearby to the Minyma woman. The warriors spear him. When the serpent finds out he becomes angry and punishes the woman for accusing the wrong person for stealing the Mallee hen eggs.
