BiographyHistory

Elder Elizabeth Pike has worked for many years at the Aboriginal Catholic Ministry in Melbourne. She has also been a contributor to Pacifica : Australasian Theological Studies and Madonna and has been in demand as a speaker on spirituality from an Indigenous Australian perspective.

The Victorian Indigenous Honour Roll induction note for Elizabeth Pike notes that 'She discovered that her great grandfather had been an Irish convict and her great grandmother an Aboriginal woman of the Minang people near Albany in south-west Western Australia.'
