BiographyHistory

Sydney poet, writer and educator Margo Ruckert has been a member of the Walter Street Poets and Poetry Australia. 'She was a science teacher in high schools before transferring to TAFE where she taught at various colleges around NSW for almost 25 years. During this time she published articles on science teaching pedagogy and wrote a current affairs column for the college newsletter.

Following redundancy, she retrained in TESOL and has taught English to all ages. She has also worked as a tax clerk, music teacher and church organist. ' (Source: www.omargo.com.au./ (Sighted 16/06/2010).
