1 Greek Community, Paroikia, Formations in Australia : 1880s - 1980s Michael Tsounis , 1993 single work essay
— Appears in: Greeks in English Speaking Countries : Proceedings of the First International Seminar, Melbourne, 27-30 March, 1992 1993; (p. 25-40)
While primarily an examination of the conditions in which the Greek diasporic community in Australia developed, with little reference to literature, the article does cite the oral lament composed in the early 20th century in Australia: 'Australia is an island where you can sail with ease, but once you go and settle there it's difficult to leave' (31).
