BiographyHistory

'Keith Russell has published poetry continuously and widely since 1971. Between 1978-80 he co-edited and published a literary journal, Riverrun. From 1986-89 he was the poetry reviewer/critic for Quadrant. He edited and published the Fellowship of Australian Authors bi-monthly journal Writers Voice (1991-2); reviewed poetry and fiction for the Newcastle Herald (1985-96); and, was the Poetry Editor for the Newcastle Herald (1992-97). His recent work has shifted focus to web publication along with poetic letters to the editor of the major daily newspapers, the Australian and the Sydney Morning Herald.'
