'I have been in good company recently, reading thirteen of the thirty or so volumes put out in the three years to 2015 by the Tasmanian small press Walleah. I have enjoyed the feel of them, their production quality and the vivid artwork that adorns their covers (and sometimes their pages), and enjoyed, too, learning more about the remarkable Ralph Wessman, literature enthusiast and driving force behind Walleah. The books offer readers personal engagements with a series of distinctive voices - invitations to share lives, landscapes, and emotional journeys.' (9)
