The Empire reports on Miss Aitken's 'last appearance before the Sydney public at the School of Arts'. Among the items performed were: 'Hubert and Arthur' from William Shakespeare's King John, 'Mr. Caudle Joins a Club, "The Skylarks"' from Douglas William Jerrold's Caudle's Curtain Lectures and Henry Wadsworth Longfellow's 'The Wreck of the Hesperus'.
