      • According to Alec Gollan, ‘Only Duel Fought in State Proved Fatal: Pistols for Two Followed Fremantle Quarrel', The Daily News (20 July 1935): 14, William Temple Graham's home ‘... was known as Richmond House, and was on the site now occupied by the Richmond Hotel, near the Fremantle end of the traffic bridge.’
