History

The annual Fryer Library Fellowship (formerly the Fryer Library Award) is one of the Library's annual awards and fellowships, made possible with the support of our donors and benefactors. 

Notes

  • The Award aims to provide successful applicants with institutional support and affiliation to the Faculty of Arts at The University of Queensland to undertake research in Australian literature, history and culture utilising the collections of the Fryer Library. Applications are particularly invited in the following areas: * Indigenous studies * History of architecture * Art and design * Theatre and literary studies The amount of the award is $10,000.
