      Note/s:
      • The Crawford Collection holds two copies of the script, both copied on green paper and both labelled 'Code: CIZ' on the cover page.
      • Copy 1 has a notation in the upper right-hand corner of the cover page indicating that this is copy number 3 of the script and is designated for 'File'. '10' has been written on the cover page in black felt pen. There are no further annotations on this copy of the script.
      • Copy 2 has a notation in the upper right-hand corner of the cover page indicating that this is copy number 10 of the script and is designated for Terry Stapleton. The character notes are annotated on this copy of the script: the actors’ name have been written under each character in black ink (excluding the minor characters/extras). There is some evidence of annotation in the body of the script (see, for example, underlining on page 18) but nothing substantial.
      • The file contains the following ancillary material, access to some of which is restricted:
        1. Filming schedule.
        2. Casting call sheets.
        3. Brief synopsis accompanied by crew and cast details.
