      Note/s:
      • The script is typed on thin white paper, labelled 'Code 11503' and 'Episode No. Two' on the cover page, though it seemingly never aired. There is no indication on the cover page of to whom this copy of script was designated.
      • The script is amended throughout in liquid paper, which has then been typed over or, in some cases, written over in blue ink (see page fifty-seven). These amendments are at the level of copy-editing changes: corrections to typing mistakes and the like.
      • The Crawford Collection contains three copies of this script, one held in this file and the others filed separately. The file also includes a cast list, access to which is restricted.
