      Note/s:
      • The script is labelled 'Episode NP' on the cover page. '311' has been added in blue ink. According to a notation in the top right-hand corner of the cover page, this copy of the script was designated for Paul Jansen.(The Crawford Productions tribute website crawfordproductions.tv suggests that Paul Jansen was an assistant director.)
      • The script is heavily annotated in black ink. Annotations include scribbled notes on the back of the pages, which seem to be related to the order of the scenes: the note on the back of the character list, for example, is a bullet point list that reads 'Entrance. Elephants. Seals with piper & archer [sic]. Cockatoo. Reptile house – to seat Cahill & Fletcher. Kiosk.'
      • Other annotations (also in black ink) include strong diagonal lines through the sections. While in other situations, this might indicate excisions, that would imply the excision of the entire zoo section. The diagonal lines stop just before the first commercial: only the final scene in that section has not been struck out.
      • The annotations continue throughout script: they are lighter in the middle section and heavier towards the end. There are some light annotations in pencil towards the end of the script, but they might as readily be doodles as notations.
