AbstractHistoryArchive Description

Frank Clune's account of his experiences at Gallipoli. Clune was wounded in early August 1915, during the assault on Hill 617. He was subsequently evacuated to hospital in Egypt, where he wrote this letter. Australian War Memorial records indicate he was returned to Australia in October 1915.
