'Adventure story about a boy and his father who is a scientist, who fly to Fiji to investigate a parasitic starfish on the reef. They unknowingly get caught up with a national mining syndicate which is deliberately seeding the reef with the parasitic starfish and trying to destroy environmental objections to their mining.'
