Double-Action Detective was a pulp magazine that began as a twice a year publication in 1954. It's publishing schedule was changed to quarterly after the fifth issue, and in 1958 it became a bimonthly. Around the same time its title was expanded to
Double-Action Detective and Mystery Stories. The magazine folded after only 22 (or 24) issues.
