The residents of the quiet suburb of Pebbles Court, Homesville, unwittingly become human test subjects for a new diet drug, which arrives unannounced in their letterboxes. When the previous test subject is unable to warn them in time, the victims suffer a series of graphic fates, as the drug causes rapid decomposition.
