  • Author's note: During the hearing of the application of the half-caste Stelling for leave to appeal against his ejection, the acting Chief Justice said it was outrageous that a Customs Officer should be allowed to arbitrarily choose the language in which an immigrant should be examined - N.S.W. Worker.
