AbstractHistoryArchive Description

In 2011, footballer Mark Schwarzer lodged an application to renovate his property at 14 Pacific St, Watsons Bay. The house is the former home of novelist Christina Stead. Despite some local objections, approval was given by the Woollahra Council for Schwarzer to proceed. In 2012, however, the property was listed for sale with no mention of the development application approval.
