AbstractHistoryArchive Description

'Robert blames his wife Ema for his misspent life and Ema blames him for hers. Robert left his wife and daughters because he fell in love with Ema. Brought up as Catholics they can not escape the Catholic teachings of their parents. After they return to Slovenia they realize how much simpler life would have been if they faced the consequences of their actions earlier. Ema listens to her friends’ love stories but she is afraid that they would lose respect for her if she told them her own.' [From the publisher's website]
