  • A poem in twelve numbered stanzas.
  • The final stanza begins: 'Vain their attacks, with cool contempt I smile'. An author's footnote to this line reads: 'Alluding to a severe persecution the Author has lately undergone, from a combined party of pitiful and worthless individuals.'
