An editorial comment on the intention of Nathaniel Kentish, described as 'that bright youth', to bring an action against the editors of the Sydney Monitor and the Sydney Gazette 'for giving an incorrect report of the trial Finch v. Kentish'. The Australian suggests that it seems to be Kentish's aim 'to acquire notoriety' as they can find nothing untoward in the relevant reportage of the other newspapers.
